It's "Take the E Out of EGO and GO!" The authors' theory is business should be fun and fruitful, and you need to lear to communicate and get your ego out of the way. There are -- and this is useful in today's world -- also techniques on turning loss into gain, and how to turn a lemon into lemonade. And it's very readable and funny, with down-to-earth examples.
