They keep moving the goal posts on us. None of us know how much our health care, energy or taxes will be. People do not know if they will be able to buy a house or keep their house. I know if my costs go up I will have a hard time hanging onto my house. We continue to be in financial limbo.
On top of that banks aren't lending and more homes are projected to go into foreclosure. They don't like modifications because they don't make as much profit. I do like the idea of renting to the owners who want to stay in their homes to stop some of the foreclosure, but again they will probably fudge on this too because of "profits". Obama's "making homes affordable" does not appear to be working. What about us who lent the money, do we get anything out of this deal.
If we don't create jobs and stablize the housing market we are doomed.
Obama needs to forget about healthcare which will increase taxes and concentrate on what our economy really needs right now. Healthcare can wait a year.
